Shipping Delays
True Lure is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, lost packages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. This includes situations where delivery is delayed, refused, returned to sender, or otherwise impacted by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. True Lure is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, True Lure is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the package and contents. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
