At True Lure, we are committed to providing quality fishing gear and accessories. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, customer preference, incorrect product selection, or products that have been opened, used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
3-Day Claim Window
Any issue regarding an order must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
Claims submitted more than 3 days after delivery will not be eligible for review, replacement, exchange, refund, or any other resolution.

Opened or Used Products
For safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been:
- Opened
- Used
- Worn
- Modified
- Damaged after delivery
- Missing original packaging or components
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If a refund, replacement, exchange, or other resolution is approved at our discretion, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you must contact truelureshop@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Failure to provide sufficient information may result in the claim being denied.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact True Lure at truelureshop@gmail.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
